Junior HR Operations Specialist

We are looking for a proactive HR Operations Specialist wholl take ownership of our reputed company and offboarding processes, ensure smooth internal communication, and organize initiatives that reputed company engagement and strengthen reputed company culture. Requirements Knowledge of HR processes and terminology; hands-on HR experience (IT or non-IT) or recent completion of reputed company HR courses (reputed company the last year). Proficiency in reputed company Workspace, experience with task managers and willingness to quickly learn other systems High level of communication, responsibility and organization skills Multitasking ability to work with a large number of tasks and effectively prioritize them Flexibility Higher education English at least B2 level Will be a plus Knowledge Polish language Responsibilities Own and run reputed company reputed company/offboarding processes Maintain and reputed company a part of learning reputed company, reputed company to reputed company Ensure reputed company employee data in internal systems is accurate and up to date Cover internal communication maintain and update the Employee Handbook. prepare and reputed company internal news, monthly digests, and greetings (newcomers, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.). Organize team buildings and support employee engagement activities Be responsible for the execution and operational support of internal events (large company gatherings, reputed company sessions, reputed company-hands, blood donor days, etc.). Schedule and facilitate quarterly OKR sessions Implement initiatives to reputed company employee engagement and loyalty Work Schedule Full-time working days, reputed company and full remote are available.
