This role is responsible for designing and implementing knowledge management frameworks that support clinical, operational, and administrative teams. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and maintaining knowledge repositories, standardizing documentation, and ensuring that best practices are captured and shared across the organization. The manager will coordinate knowledge-sharing initiatives, develop training materials, and facilitate workshops to build a culture of continuous learning. This role also collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze information gaps, improve knowledge flows, and measure the effectiveness of knowledge management activities. Qualifications Strong foundation in Knowledge Management, including developing frameworks, maintaining repositories, and standardizing documentation.Advanced Analytical Skills to assess information needs, identify gaps, and use data to improve knowledge processes.Excellent Communication and Knowledge Sharing abilities to convey complex information clearly and encourage collaboration.Experience in Training, including creating learning materials, conducting workshops, and supporting user adoption of new processes.Bachelors or masters degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Experience in healthcare, health technology, or a knowledge-intensive environment is preferred.Proficiency with knowledge management tools, collaboration platforms, and documentation standards.Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting. .
