About Nocturnnal Media Nocturnnal Media is an influencer marketing and artist management agency, managing a roster of creators and running brand partnership campaigns end-to-end. As we scale, we're looking for a Senior HR Manager to build the people function from the ground up someone who can grow the team, shape a culture people genuinely want to be part of, and put real systems around hiring, onboarding, and retention. About the RoleWe're hiring a hands-on, senior HR professional to own the full people function at Nocturnnal not just policy and paperwork, but the day-to-day work of building a team that sticks around and does great work. You'll report directly to the founder and have real ownership over how we hire, train, and retain talent. What You'll DoGrow the team Lead end-to-end hiring: define roles, source and screen candidates, run interviews, and close offers across departments as we scale.Build an internship cycle Design and run a structured internship program from scratch: recruitment, onboarding, mentorship pairing, evaluation, and conversion pathways into full-time roles.Retain the team Build and run retention systems: career growth paths, regular check-ins, performance feedback loops, and early-warning signals for attrition risk.Build a culture worth staying for Shape and protect company culture through onboarding design, team rituals, recognition programs, and policies that actually reflect how we want to work.Own core HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, attendance, policy documentation, and compliance.Partner closely with the founder and team leads to understand hiring needs across creative, execution, and client-facing teams.What We're Looking For5+ years of HR experience, with a track record across recruitment, culture-building, and people operations.Must have built creative teams before prior experience hiring and retaining talent for creative, content, media, or agency-style teams is essential; you understand what makes creative people tick differently from a typical corporate hire.Proven experience designing or running an internship/campus hiring program.Strong people instincts someone candidates and employees naturally trust and open up to.Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led agency environment, not a large-company HR setup with layers of process already in place.Based in or willing to work in-office out of Noida Sector 62, 5 days a week.Why Join UsBuild the HR function at Nocturnnal from the ground up real ownership, not a pre-built playbook.Work directly with the founder on team growth and culture strategy.Be part of a growing influencer marketing and artist management agency at an exciting stage of scale.To apply, send your resume and a short note on a creative team you've hired for or retained to hello@nocturnnal.in .
