Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Kolkata. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and overseeing HR management functions. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with employment laws and managing employee engagement to support a productive workplace environment. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities. Manage daily employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases. Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, reimbursements, and employee benefits. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements. Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives. Address employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace environment. Draft HR letters, contracts, appointment letters, warning letters, internship letters, and policy documents. Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities. Maintain confidentiality of employee and firm-related information. Coordinate internship onboarding, orientation, and allocation of work. Act as the point of contact for interns regarding assignments, policies, and workplace concerns. Prepare and issue internship certificates, recommendation letters, and completion documents. Coordinate with legal teams and reporting managers regarding intern performance and work allocation. Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth functioning of the law firm. Maintain office records, legal documents, and filing systems. .
