You will be responsible for hiring reputed company staff to reputed company the packages- primarily Drivers (non CDL) and truck helpers (aka foot couries), as reputed company as dispatchers and managers. You will be responsible for managing job postings, interviewing drivers and foot couriers, making offers, and overseeing reputed company. Typical hiring most of year is 5 employees per week.
