Job Description: Social Media Intern / Junior Social Media Executive Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Create engaging and creative content ideas for social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across various platforms.Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing content.Help with reel shooting, basic video creation, and content coordination.Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.Monitor social media engagement and interact with the online community when required.Research competitors and industry trends to generate fresh content ideas.Support digital marketing activities and campaign execution as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.Passionate and enthusiastic about social media, content creation, and online branding.Eager to learn and build a career in social media marketing.Good written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to think of fresh content ideas.Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus.Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software is an advantage.Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending content formats is preferred.Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take initiative. .
