Fundraising & Investment Research Intern

About the Role We are looking for a motivated Fundraising & Investment Research Intern to assist our management team with ongoing fundraising initiatives. The intern will be involved in investor research, lead generation, investor outreach, financial analysis, and preparation of fundraising materials. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential investors, PE/VC funds, family offices, HNIs, NBFCs and other funding sources.Build and maintain a structured database of potential investors and funding sources.Analyze investors based on their investment thesis, preferred sectors, ticket size, geography and previous investments.Assist in preparing pitch decks, investor teasers, financial summaries and other fundraising documents.Conduct basic financial and company analysis to support fundraising discussions.Reach out to potential investors through email, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels and initiate conversations.Follow up with prospective investors and maintain a fundraising pipeline/tracker.Coordinate with the management team regarding investor queries, information requirements and follow-ups.Assist in preparing responses and information requested by prospective investors.Support the team in other corporate finance and fundraising-related assignments.Requirements Pursuing/completed B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance)or equivalent.Good understanding of fundraising, corporate finance, investments, PE/VC and financial markets.Strong Excel and research skills.Basic understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Comfortable with cold outreach, networking and follow-ups.Self-driven, proactive and comfortable working independently.Prior exposure to fundraising, investment research, financial modelling, investment banking or corporate finance will be an advantage.What You'll Get Exposure To Real-world fundraising and capital-raisingInvestor identification and qualificationPE/VC and family office ecosystemInvestor outreach and relationship buildingFinancial analysis and researchPitch decks and investor communicationFundraising pipeline managementPay: From 5,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementWork from homeWork Location: Remote .
