Qualifications Graduate (Post Graduate Preferred) Experience Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the Stock Broking Industry Functional Competencies Advisory & Execution: Provide proactive buy/sell/hold recommendations on Equity and Derivatives (F&O;) based on in-house research reports. Execute trades on behalf of clients via terminals (ODIN, NEAT, or proprietary platforms) with high accuracy. Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and acquire current HNI and retail clients. Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure a high \"Share of Wallet.\" Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly targets for brokerage generation and active client participation. Portfolio Management: Conduct regular portfolio health checks for clients, ensuring diversification and alignment with their risk appetite. Cross-Selling: Promote and sell third-party products (TPP) including Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIF, Insurance, and IPOs. Market Intelligence: Stay updated with daily market movements, global cues, and sector-specific news to provide real-time updates to clients. Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to SEBI and Exchange regulations, including voice recording for orders and proper documentation for account opening. Should be NISM Certified Behavioural Competencies Robust communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills Passionate about sales and marketing with a positive attitude .
