About the job Investment/Research Analyst - Alternative Investments Location: India | Remote About Us: Bespoke Connections is a UK-headquartered global placement and advisory firm specialising in private markets and alternative investment fundraising. We advise leading US & European fund managers and connect them with LPs across 20+ countries, including the GCC. Over 60% of our live mandates are $1bn+ managers. Key Responsibilities: - Generate high-quality leads through email, social media channels, and networking. - Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, such as corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms. - Follow up consistently with generated leads to move them through the sales pipeline. - Conduct research on accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our service offerings. - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients. - Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to align business strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or similar roles focused on business development. - Robust understanding of international financial markets and key players. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Results-orientated with a proven track record of meeting business development targets. Rewards: - Monthly retainer starting from GBP 600 + GBP 200 commission for each converted lead. - Exposure to the international market and workspace, as the company is in the UK and UAE. - Flexible work timings and work-from-home option.
