Associate Manager - Procurement Location: Gurgaon Job Summary The Associate Manager Spend Management is responsible for the strategic supplier relationships with Evalueserve. This position manages end-to-end supplier management, including sourcing/Request for Purchase, contract compliance, cost avoidance, cost reduction, risk transfer, improved customer service, value add, best practices, financial modeling (ROI reporting) and executive level reporting and analysis. Required Qualifications Manages Supplier Performance Develops long-term strategic supplier relationships, primarily with IT (Global) & Non- IT (Admin & Infra) and Operation vendors. Leads the resolution of critical supplier issues escalated from internal business owners. Ensures missed performance KPIs are resolved satisfactorily and that supplier has provided a root cause analysis and corrective action. Manages contractual requirements and acts when performance drops below expectations. Manages the Global Procurement Organization Responsible for performance meeting/beating KPIs Continuous improvement for all Procurement related processes All jobs should be completed within the given TAT as per the process Assists in contractual performance issues. Acts as liaison between IT & Non-IT, the Supplier and the Legal department as necessary.
