About Position: Seeking an experienced Power BI Developer/Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI, SQL Server (T-SQL), SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Analytics, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end data and reporting solutions while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Role: Power BI Lead Location: Pune, Bangalore Experience: 9 to 12 years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Understand Business Requirements and Domain to own and do hands-on development and delivery of end-to-end solutions for assigned projects (covering architecture, data model, design, and code). Interact with various stakeholders including Business, BAs, Production Support, Testing Team, and other Development Teams to assess and understand impacts and drive coordination as necessary to ensure successful delivery. Define and carry out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements. Work collaboratively with developers across regions. Create reports, graphs, and other visualizations to accurately and clearly represent stories within the data. Write relational and multidimensional database queries. Expertise You'll Bring: In-depth hands-on technical expertise with Microsoft Analytics, Reporting, Databases, Power BI, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and SSRS. In-depth Power BI skills. In-depth T-SQL / SQL Server skills.
