Provide timely and accurate resolutions. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately. Follow process guidelines and quality standards. Meet productivity and performance targets. Requirements Good communication skills in Malayalam, Kannada or telugu. Basic computer knowledge. Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
