Role Description We are seeking a Software Engineer Product Management Platforms. In this role, you will administer, optimize, and govern enterprise Product Management and Delivery platforms, including Aha! Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, Jira, and related integrations. You will partner with Product Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Engineering teams to streamline product planning, improve delivery visibility, and enhance platform adoption through governance, automation, and operational excellence. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building scalable platform capabilities, driving continuous improvement, and enabling cross-functional teams with reliable product management tooling. What You'll Do You will own the administration and governance of enterprise Product Management platforms, ensuring reliable operations, standardized workflows, and seamless integrations across planning and engineering systems. You'll collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Portfolio teams to improve roadmap visibility, backlog governance, reporting, and delivery effectiveness while driving platform adoption through user enablement and process improvements. Additionally, you'll identify opportunities for automation, reporting enhancements, and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency across the product delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Aha! Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, and Jira platforms.Manage user provisioning, licensing, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.Configure and maintain integrations between Aha!, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and other enterprise tools.Support roadmap planning, idea management, backlog governance, release planning, and delivery tracking.Develop and maintain platform documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.Conduct user onboarding, training sessions, and provide day-to-day platform support.Drive governance, process standardization, and continuous platform improvements.Collaborate with Product, Portfolio, and Engineering teams to improve visibility, traceability, and execution across product initiatives.Identify automation opportunities to improve platform efficiency and user experience. Must-Have Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.57 years of experience supporting Product Management or DevOps platforms.Hands-on experience administering Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar enterprise collaboration platforms.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and product delivery processes.Experience managing enterprise workflows, user access, reporting, and governance.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
