About the RoleWe are looking for an AI Content Creator who understands both creativity and technology. You will create hyper-realistic videos, advertisements, social media content, visual campaigns, product films, and long-form content using the latest AI production tools. You should be comfortable transforming an idea, script, or brief into compelling visual content from concept to final output. This is a full-time, work-from-office role in Pune. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop AI-generated images, videos, advertisements, reels, product films, and social media content.Convert scripts, concepts, and creative briefs into visual storyboards and finished content.Maintain character, product, location, costume, lighting, and brand continuity across multiple scenes.Use AI tools to create hyper-realistic, cinematic, and commercially usable visuals.Work on image generation, image-to-video, text-to-video, video editing, sound design, voiceovers, and post-production.Create short-form and long-form video content, including 12 minute narrative videos.Experiment with new AI models, platforms, workflows, and creative production techniques.Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, marketers, designers, and clients.Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining quality and consistency.Build repeatable systems for producing content at scale.Explore automation workflows for recurring content and long-form series production.Maintain organised project files, prompts, references, assets, and production documentation. Required SkillsStrong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, camera angles, lighting, pacing, and editing.Hands-on experience creating AI-generated images or videos.Ability to write, refine, and structure effective AI prompts.Good understanding of cinematic framing, lenses, camera movement, lighting, realism, and visual continuity.Proficiency in Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, or similar.Ability to understand a brief and execute it independently.Strong attention to detail and visual quality.Willingness to learn and test new AI tools continuously.Ability to work from the office in Pune.
