Job Title: Assistant Manager CASA Department: Retail Banking / Branch Banking Reports To: Branch Manager / Sales Manager CASA Job Purpose To acquire recent Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers, increase CASA deposits, build customer relationships, and achieve business targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies. Key Responsibilities Acquire new Current Account and Savings Account customers through field sales, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and open market sourcing. Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition and deposit targets. Build and maintain relationships with individuals, SMEs, business owners, and corporate clients. Cross-sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, Forex, and Investment products. Conduct customer meetings, market mapping, and lead generation activities. Ensure accurate KYC documentation and compliance with AML and regulatory guidelines. Support customer onboarding, activation, and account usage. Increase customer engagement and improve account balances through relationship management. Coordinate with branch operations and product teams for seamless customer service. Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify recent business opportunities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of CASA accounts acquired CASA balance growth Cross-selling revenue Customer activation and retention Achievement of sales targets Compliance and audit adherence Required Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). 15 years of experience in Banking, CASA Sales, Retail Banking, or Financial Services. Experience in field sales and customer acquisition is preferred. Skills Required Sales and negotiation Relationship management Customer acquisition Communication and presentation Knowledge of CASA products and banking regulations Target-oriented approach Networking and business development Market mapping and lead generation Preferred Candidate Profile Strong understanding of Current Account & Savings Account products.
