Job description Roles and Responsibilities Hiring for Collection Team Leader in DRA certification. - Manage a team responsible for credit card collections, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts from customers. - Oversee daily operations, including telephonic conversations with customers to resolve queries and negotiate payments. - Develop strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition rates by providing training and coaching to team members. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AHT, SLA management, DRA certification, and target achievement. - Ensure compliance with banking collection processes and regulations.
