About the roleWe are seeking a skilled IT Services Team Member with handson expertise in VMware virtualization and Windows Server administration to join our infrastructure team in Udaipur. The role involves managing virtual environments, maintaining server platforms, and ensuring high availability of critical business services.Key responsibilitiesAdminister and manage VMware environments, including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.Configure and maintain virtualization features such as HA, DRS, and vMotion.Manage and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user access management.Perform server monitoring, patch management, upgrades, backup, and recovery activities.Troubleshoot and resolve server, virtualization, and infrastructure issues within agreed SLAs.Support Disaster Recovery planning, implementation, and testing.Ensure server security, performance optimization, and infrastructure reliability.Maintain technical documentation and adhere to IT standards and procedures.Required profileBachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.38 years of experience in VMware and Windows Server administration.Proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.Experience in backup, disaster recovery planning, and server monitoring.Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional or Microsoft Windows Server certification are a plus.Required skillsVMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenterVMware HA, DRS, vMotionWindows Server 2016/2019/2022 administrationActive Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group PolicyBackup and Disaster Recovery solutionsServer monitoring and performance managementInfrastructure troubleshooting and rootcause analysis .
