About the Role: We are looking for an Operations & Outreach Executive to drive the end-to-end execution of our women delivery partner program. This is an Operations + Telecalling role requiring strong coordination, counselling, and field execution capabilities. Key Responsibilities Make minimum 60 plus quality calls to counsel and convince women to join app-based delivery platforms. Manage the complete lifecycle, including enrolment, training coordination, onboarding to delivery platforms, learning licence, vehicle rental, and FOD support. Oversee day-to-day operations, manage women delivery fleets, resolve participant issues, and maintain accurate operational records. Build and coordinate trainer and telecalling teams, including trainer onboarding, documentation, payment tracking, and operational support. Conduct field visits, capture candidate success stories through photos and videos for Instagram and the website, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution. Requirements Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, field coordination, telecalling, or program execution. Strong communication, persuasion, people management, and problem-solving skills with high operational speed. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, reporting tools, and social media platforms for community outreach. Willingness to travel within project locations and own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (mandatory). Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
