Oracle Risk Management Consultant (Hyderabad)

We are looking for a motivated Oracle Risk Management Consultant Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC), Oracle Cloud Security, Oracle Fusion Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and ERP Security. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise Oracle Cloud Security implementations, access governance, compliance initiatives, and audit support while collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities - Support Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) implementation, enhancement, and access governance activities. - Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, remediation tracking, and risk assessments. - Support User Access Certification campaigns and periodic access reviews. - Prepare audit evidence and support internal and external compliance activities. - Maintain role-to-privilege mappings, security matrices, and access governance documentation. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to support Oracle Fusion Security role design. - Assist with testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production support. - Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and functional deliverables. - Participate in workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and project governance activities. - Ensure compliance with established security standards, governance processes, and implementation methodologies. Required Skills - 3 to 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Security, Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC), Oracle GRC, ERP Security, or Oracle Fusion Security. - Positive understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) concepts. - Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), User Access Management, and Access Governance. - Exposure to SOX compliance, audit processes, and security controls. - Experience with testing, documentation, and requirement gathering. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
