For additional information, visit . Looking for a Technical Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with 8+ years of experience in LMS reporting, dashboards, and data management. Solid hands-on expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and Oracle Learning Cloud (LMS) is required to deliver reporting, analytics, and data migration solutions. The role involves designing business dashboards, learning and compliance reports, supporting CRP/SIT/UAT/go-live activities, and ensuring data accuracy across implementations. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and Oracle HCM implementation experience are essential. Areas of Responsibility Requirement Gathering-Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical requirements in line with project goals. Feasibility Analysis-Assist in feasibility analysis by reviewing functional documents, noting preliminary constraints, and preparing impact summaries for potential changes. Solution Design-Contribute to solution design by identifying customisation requirements across multiple modules, basis understanding of functional requirements and its linkage to technical requirements. Configuration and Customisation-Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system and support implementation of business processes. Technology Harmonisation-Participate in integration design for multiple modules and assess the data flow between multiple applications. Troubleshooting and optimisation-Analyse performance issues and optimise configurations, queries, or integrations across multiple applications.
