Role Overview The Dynamic 365 Functional Lead Finance (F&O) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for leading the functional design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective system solutions. Day-to-day activities include analyzing and mapping finance-related business processes, creating functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams on integrations, and performing end-to-end functional testing. The Functional Lead guides workshops and training sessions, supports change management, and provides post-implementation support to ensure user adoption and system stability. The role also involves continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 environment, identifying optimization opportunities, and maintaining documentation and best practices. Work Mode: [Onsite] Job Summary We are looking for an experienced D365 Functional Lead Finance (F&O) to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations. The role will act as the bridge between finance stakeholders and technical teams and ensure successful delivery of finance processes aligned with business requirements and best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting & Forecasting modules. Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare BRD, FDD, fit-gap analysis, and test scripts . Configure chart of accounts, posting profiles, financial dimensions, budgeting, and cost management . Lead SIT, UAT, and pre-production testing activities. Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare stabilization. Coordinate with technical teams, architects, and project managers. Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations. Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience in D365 F&O Finance modules . Experience in Project Accounting . Expertise in ledger setup, posting profiles, financial dimensions, and budgeting configuration . Strong accounting and financial process knowledge. End-to-end D365 implementation experience.
