Greetings from Bristol Healthcare Services Pvt Ltd Chennai We are hiring for the role of MIS - Executive in our US Medical billing team in Chennai, Tamilnadu Experience: 2-4 Years Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong skills in MS Excel, to support data analysis, reporting, and automation initiatives in a medical billing environment. The ideal candidate should understand medical billing workflows, automate repetitive processes, and effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. Key Responsibilities Analyze medical billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement areas Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, power query preferred) Support revenue cycle, claims, AR, and denial analysis Work closely with operations and billing teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Document scripts, processes, and data logic clearly Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with healthcare standards Must be able to work in rotational shift. Required Skills & Qualifications 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Excel Strong understanding of medical billing / revenue cycle management (RCM) processes Experience in data analysis, reporting, and validation Good knowledge of automation concepts and scripting Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to gather requirements, ask the right questions, and explain technical outputs to non-technical users Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good to Have (Added Advantage) Experience automating workflows or reports Exposure to healthcare data standards Knowledge of tools like Power BI / Tableau (optional) Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization Work experience as an MIS Executive in a US Medical Billing Company.
