AI/ML Technical Lead

Location: Thane, Mumbai (100% On-site) Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to lead the development of an AI-driven platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, and cloud technologies while also mentoring a small engineering team and contributing to the codebase. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable AI-powered applications. - Lead and mentor the engineering team through code reviews and sprint planning. - Build and integrate LLMs, Machine Learning models, and APIs. - Develop and maintain backend services using Python. - Deploy and manage applications on AWS/GCP. - Work with relational and vector databases. - Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
