The role involves designing training materials and collaborating with teams to enhance AI-driven testing workflows. Responsibilities Design and deliver structured training sessions on QA methodologies and test automation for AI-driven systems Create detailed AI training prompts and hands-on exercises focused on quality assurance and testing scenarios Apply real-world QA and automation expertise to improve AI-driven testing workflows Develop, review, and maintain clear documentation, guides, and training materials Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and adapt content to project needs Mentor contributors on automated testing tools and AI-assisted QA strategies Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine materials based on feedback and outcomes Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and test automation practices Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Strong professional experience in quality assurance and test automation Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest, or equivalent tools Strong understanding of data-driven testing and AI applications in QA workflows Proven ability to design structured AI prompts and practical training exercises Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on clarity Ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed environment Company Overview At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
