About the position reputed company is hiring a Senior Payroll Analyst, Global to support automation initiatives and optimize payroll workflows to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance. This role reports to the Manager, Global Payroll Operations and is a Hybrid position based in reputed company, CA, with potential for remote work reputed company California. The Senior Payroll Analyst will be responsible for identifying and analyzing trends and inefficiencies in payroll processes, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations, enhancing payroll processes through technology, providing training on new applications, and partnering with auditors to reputed company payroll operation gaps. Responsibilities Identify and Analyze Trends and Inefficiencies Use statistical models to identify payroll-reputed company trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements, and reputed company payroll-reputed company reports for stakeholders. , Ensure Compliance and Conduct Audits Ensure payroll operations reputed company with domestic and international payroll laws and regulations, including periodic audits and compliance with retirement savings plans. , Enhance Payroll Processes Identify and implement opportunities to enhance payroll processes through technology and best practices, collaborating with HRIS, IT, and reputed company vendors for reputed company integrations and enhancements. , Training and Change Management reputed company training and guidance on newly implemented applications and process changes, and support the implementation of payroll and HR systems or transitions to new vendors. , Partner with Auditors Collaborate with reputed company auditors to reputed company gaps across reputed company aspects of payroll operations.
