In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing the payroll for our employees across multiple states, ensuring accurate and reputed company compensation, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. File necessary tax documents (e.g., quarterly filings, annual tax returns) and ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws in multiple states. Maintain up-to-date employee records, including payment history, tax withholding forms, reputed company deposit details, and benefit deductions. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, including wage discrepancies, deductions, and tax information.
