Key Responsibilities Consult European HR and payroll stakeholders on SAP Payroll European (Spain, Belgium) requirements Design and implement Europe specific payroll schemas, rules, and calculations Customize SAP Payroll and develop enhancements using ABAP / ABAP OO Ensure solution quality via testing, payroll validation, and production support Work in an Agile / DevOps setup within a global HR Solutions product team Support S/4HANA Payroll evolution and automation initiatives ________________________________________ Required Profile Several years of hands on experience in SAP Payroll Europe, ideally S/4HANA / H4S4 Ideally: Knowledge of Spanish and/or Belgium payroll legislation and processes (gross to net, schemas, PCRs) Solid ABAP / ABAP OO and payroll customizing skills Experience supporting Germany from an offshore (India) setup Fluent English; German is a plus ________________________________________ Nice to Have Time Management Payroll integration experience SAP Fiori / UI5 exposure Experience with payroll automation or RPA .
