Learn more: rentokil-pestcontrolindia.com Walk-In Drive Details: Role: Software Tester / Senior Software Tester Experience: 3+ years Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai Walk-In Date: 3rd April 2026 Time: 11:00 AM 2:30 PM Venue: 3rd Floor, Narayani Building, Ambabai Temple Compound, Aarey Road, Near Bank of Maharashtra, Goregaon West, Mumbai 400062 Role OverviewAs a Software Tester, you will: Ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of software applications Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot, verify, and validate bug fixes Execute functional, regression, usability, and performance testing Identify, document, and prioritize defects Contribute to QA process improvements and automation strategies Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and testing objectives.Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for new and existing applications.Perform various types of testing, including functional, usability, regression, and performance testing.Accurately identify, document, and prioritise software defects and inconsistencies.Work closely with developers to troubleshoot, verify, and validate bug fixes.Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive bug reports and status updates.Participate in design and requirement review meetings to provide QA-related input.Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in software testing.Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and automation strategies.Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt and take accountability Familiarity with Agile development practices Test Planning and ExecutionDefect Identification and ResolutionProcess ImprovementImportant Notes Strong communication skills in English are mandatory.
