Job Title: Associate Runoff (Machine Testing Engineer) Location: Vatva GIDC,Ahmedabad Experience: 2+ Years Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plastics Engineering Key Responsibility: Job ResponsibilitiesTest Injection Molding Machines (IMM) as per customer requirements. Perform final machine inspection before dispatch. Follow SOPs, testing procedures, and safety guidelines. Maintain testing reports, checklists, and machine records. Ensure timely completion of machine testing as per the production plan. Troubleshoot machine issues and support installation when required. Assist in machine commissioning and provide field/service support. Maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration of instruments. Participate in process improvements and Kaizen activities. Train junior engineers and service engineers when required. Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Hydraulics, Electrical Systems, and Mechanical Engineering. Experience in testing or commissioning Injection Molding Machines is preferred. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Willingness to travel for installation and service support when required. EligibilityDiploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plastics Engineering, or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical. Minimum 1 years of relevant experience. Candidates with Injection Molding Machine testing experience will be preferred.
