The organization works closely with academic institutions and corporate partners to ensure effective BIM implementation that supports a sustainable, energy-efficient built environment. BIMLABS focuses on nurturing skilled professionals and creating rewarding career paths in the AEC industry. Its core offerings include BIM implementation support, BIM training for students and corporates, BIM project outsourcing, and BIM placement services. The team emphasizes open communication, collaboration, and delivery of services that uphold sustainability, engineering integrity, and constructability. Role Description The Institute Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, focused on driving sales and partnerships with educational institutions and training centers for BIMLABS programs and services. In this role, the individual will identify and qualify new institute leads, conduct presentations and product demos, and negotiate agreements to meet enrollment and revenue targets. The Institute Sales Manager will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and follow-ups to closing deals, while maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in academia. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with institute needs, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and participating in events, seminars, and outreach activities to promote BIMLABS training and services. The role also involves gathering market feedback to support continuous improvement of programs and customer experience. Qualifications Strong skills in institute and B2C sales, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure with academic and training partners.Proficiency in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and customer service, with the ability to build long-term institutional partnerships.Competence in communication and presentation, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to deliver persuasive demos and proposals.Experience in education, training, or EdTech sales, ideally within engineering, construction, or technology domains; exposure to BIM or AEC industry is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Kochi, travel locally for client meetings and events, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams.Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail in reporting, documentation, and contract management.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic data analysis to track performance and support decision-making. .
