Role & responsibilities Channel: POSP / Agency Sales Location: Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, Faridabad, Noida, Jaipur, Alwar & Ajmer Role Type: Individual Contributor About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager & Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth through the POSP and Agency Channel. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in insurance sales, a well-established network of agents and partners, and the ability to consistently generate business through effective relationship management and partner activation. Key Responsibilities - Drive business generation through existing and newly acquired POSP partners and agents. - Build, develop, and maintain a strong network of insurance agents and channel partners. - Identify, recruit, and onboard productive POSP advisors and agency partners. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets. - Enhance partner productivity through regular engagement, training, and ongoing support. - Develop local market strategies to maximize business opportunities and increase market penetration. - Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long-term business retention. - Coordinate with internal teams for seamless policy issuance and customer service support. - Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. - Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Preferred candidate profile - 1 to 5 years of experience in POSP Sales, Agency Sales, Insurance Broking, or Insurance Distribution. Mandatory Requirements - Strong existing network of insurance agents, POSP advisors, and business partners. - Proven track record of generating business through Agency/POSP channels. - Excellent market knowledge and relationship-building capabilities. - Ability to work independently and consistently achieve business targets. Product Knowledge - Strong understanding of: - Health Insurance - Life Insurance - General Insurance products Skills Required - Business Development & Partner Acquisition - Sales & Negotiation Skills - Relationship Management - Communication & Presentation Skills - Market Development and Networking - Result-oriented and Self-driven Approach Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates currently working with Insurance Broking firms, POSP Distribution, Agency Channel, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, or General Insurance sales, possessing an active network of agents and channel partners, will be highly preferred.
