Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Collect client information and understand their insurance needs. Prepare insurance quotes and present coverage options to clients. Follow up with potential clients and existing customers. Assist with new business and renewal inquiries. Maintain accurate client information and follow up on pending documents. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Follow company procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism. Update CRM records and keep client files organized. Work closely with the Canadian-based team to ensure excellent client service. Meet performance, quality, and follow-up expectations.
