We're looking for experienced #ApplicationSupport / #TechSupportprofessionals Location: (Candidate should be open to visiting the office if required: #Bangalore, #Hyderabad, #Mumbai, #Pune, or #Noida) Shift: #USEST (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST) Experience: 34 Years Key Requirements: Strong L1 & L2 Technical Support experience Hands-on experience with Windows & macOS troubleshooting Excellent English communication skills (Voice Support experience is mandatory) Experience working with International/US clients Knowledge of Accounting Applications and Finance Domain support Experience in BPO/KPO/Technical Support environment Responsibilities: Provide application support for accounting software on #Windows & #macOS Troubleshoot software installation, uninstallation, and application issues Diagnose OS-related issues and analyse #Windows/ #Maclogs Resolve user issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction Create and maintain knowledge base articles, training documents, and escalation logs Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate complex issues when required Preferred Skills: Financial/Accounting domain experience Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Customer-focused approach with excellent communication Mandatory Requirements Please apply only if you meet the following criteria: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory (Voice Support experience is required) 34 years of experience supporting International/US clients is mandatory Hands-on experience with Windows & macOS troubleshooting is mandatory Must be comfortable working the US EST Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST) .
