Role Description The Store Assistant role at Radio Room is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Store Assistant will support daily store operations, including managing inventory, organizing stock, and maintaining a clean and orderly storage area. This role involves coordinating with the front-of-house team to ensure timely availability of supplies, assisting with receiving and documenting deliveries, and tracking stock levels to prevent shortages. The Store Assistant will also help prepare basic reports, follow standard operating procedures, and support periodic stock audits. Consistent, reliable performance and adherence to company policies and safety standards are essential. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and support smooth operations.Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills to understand product movement and support store-related transactions when required.Candidates should possess Organization Skills to manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and keep storage areas well-arranged.Candidates should possess Training skills or the ability to learn and follow procedures, and assist in guiding new team members on store processes.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or POS systems are beneficial.Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or store management is an advantage but not mandatory.Ability to lift and move stock safely, stand for extended periods, and follow health and safety guidelines.Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher relevant qualifications are a plus. .
