Senior Accounts Manager UAE Real Estate Location: Coimbatore Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Experience: 58 Years Salary: 5 8 LPA Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee India and UAE accounting operations for a leading real estate business. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, MIS, budgeting, and real estate accounting, with excellent communication skills. Qualifications * M.Com, CA, CMA, or CA Inter with relevant experience. * 58 years of experience in Accounting & Finance. * Experience in Real Estate or Construction Accounting is mandatory. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, MIS). * Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP software. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Key Responsibilities * Manage India and UAE accounting operations. * Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget variance analysis. * Coordinate with the Dubai finance team for financial consolidation and reporting. * Oversee customer receipts, commission payouts, and vendor payments. * Ensure tax compliance and statutory filings. * Support audits, taxation, and banking activities. * Monitor collections and ageing reports. * Maintain internal financial controls and approval processes. Preferred Skills * IFRS knowledge. * UAE VAT awareness. * Experience handling multiple business entities. * Team management experience.
