Job Summary In the Business Unit Off-Highway of ZF bundles its activities for the product lines. Construction Machinery Systems, Agricultural Machinery Systems and Material Handling Systems. To reinforce our Sales Team in the Off-Highway Systems Transmission and Axles department, we are looking for a current colleague at our location in Coimbatore. Responsibilities - Supporting the Key-Account-Manager in securing and extending the turnover and profitability of the current business. - Processing customer inquiries and executing the RFQ- and CQ-Process within the customer responsibility according to the guidance of the Key-Account-Manager and Sales Manager. - Compiling quotations according to ZF guidelines and Product Line requirements. - Implementing the strategic and operative sales plan for the assigned customers in S4C including data plausibility checks. - Maintaining sales-related systems data. - Supporting the Key Account Manager for customer meeting preparations. - Compile customer presentations and business charts including analysis of the key performance indicators. - Supporting the Key-Account-Manager in customer relationship management and decision finding. Your Profile as Sales Operations Specialist - Bachelor or master degree in Business Administration and/or Business Economics or any other related field with 3 - 5 years. Alternatively equivalent commercial vocational training and subject-specific training and working experience. - General Technical background in common construction machinery technology is desirable. - Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to adapt to intercultural situations. - Ability to develop close relationships within complex customer organization. - Proficient skills in Office 365 and SAP. - Fluent written and spoken skills. .
