Growth Executive Location: Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala Work Mode: On-site (WFO) Job Type: Full-time Shift Timing: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (UK Time) Experience: 04 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can be considered) Expected Start Date: April 2026 About the Company Our client is a well-established, regulated UK-based law firm headquartered in London, with over a decade of experience delivering high-quality legal services. Known for its client-centric approach and transparency, the firm provides tailored legal solutions across multiple practice areas. As part of its expansion, the firm is building a strong offshore team at Technopark, Trivandrum. About the Role We are hiring Growth Executives to support the firms client acquisition and engagement efforts. This role involves handling initial client interactions, understanding requirements, presenting appropriate legal service options, and driving conversions through structured follow-ups. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement Handle inbound and outbound client enquiries via calls and email Build rapport with potential clients and understand their requirements Lead Management Schedule consultations and share relevant service options Provide quotations and follow up consistently until closure Solution Selling Clearly communicate the firms value proposition Recommend suitable services aligned with client needs CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM Track pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to improve service understanding and delivery Contribute to enhancing overall client experience Training & Development Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and performance Proactive Execution Identify new opportunities and manage leads independently Demonstrate ownership and accountability in achieving targets Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory) Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks effectively Basic understanding of sales, client handling, or customer engagement is an advantage Bachelors degree preferred (not mandatory) Why Join Competitive Compensation: Based on skills, experience, and performance Work-Life Balance: Fixed MondayFriday schedule with weekends off Global Exposure: Work aligned with UK clients and business operations Growth Environment: Collaborative workplace with learning and development opportunities .
