Visit us at https://www.akshararbol.edu.in/ Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Early Learning Centre (ELC) Teacher to inspire our youngest learners through the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP). The ideal candidate will foster an inquiry-based, play-led, and nurturing environment that supports the holistic development of children aged 3 to 5. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement inquiry-based learning units using the IB PYP framework.Student Centeredness: Foster a child-led, play-based environment that honors student agency and voice.Assessment: Document and assess student development through continuous observations and learning portfolios.Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning space.Collaboration: Partner with ELC colleagues, coordinators, and parents to support student well-being.Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.Certification: Montessori or early childhood teaching certification.Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in an IB PYP or inquiry-based school.Skills: Strong communication, classroom management, and digital portfolio documentation skills.
