Senior Development Lead Java Backend (India)

Mentor engineers and contribute to technical excellence across teams. What You Should Have 8+ years of experience in Backend Engineering with solid expertise in Java/J2EE. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs. Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and event-driven applications. Experience with PostgreSQL and database performance optimization. Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and third-party integrations. Experience working with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
