Assistant Finance Controller

Application Deadline: 31 August 2026 Department: Finance Employment Type: Full Time Location: Noida, India Description Role Overview The Assistant Finance Controller will support the Controllership function across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and compliance with statutory and internal requirements. The role involves close coordination with regional finance teams, auditors, and key stakeholders to drive efficiency, standardization, and control excellence. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Financial Control & ComplianceEnsure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and internal financial policies across multiple jurisdictionsSupport month-end and year-end closing activities in compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policiesPerform detailed review and sanity checks of Profit & Loss statements, including variance analysisConduct comprehensive balance sheet reviews, including reconciliations, aging analysis, and resolution of open itemsMonitor timely completion of statutory compliances such as GST/VAT, TDS, audits, and regulatory filingsCoordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit processes Regional Finance Team ManagementSupervise and guide regional finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reportingDrive standardization and harmonization of financial processes across regionsProvide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to enhance team capabilities and performance Month-End Close & ReportingSupport and ensure timely completion of monthly and annual financial close cyclesReview financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analysis for accuracy and completenessAssist in preparation of MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial presentations Treasury & Cash Flow ManagementMonitor cash flow, liquidity position, and fund utilization across entitiesCoordinate with banks for day-to-day treasury operationsSupport working capital optimization, including receivables, payables, and inventory management Process Improvement & SystemsIdentify control gaps and implement robust financial controls and best practicesDrive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficienciesSupport ERP enhancements, system implementations, and finance transformation projects Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyEffective stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment .
