Role : CMDB Analyst (Contract) Experience: 5 +Years Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad Roles and Responsibilities: Strong knowledge of CSDM concepts Understanding of CI lifecycle, relationships & governance Experience in CMDB data quality improvement & KPI tracking Maintain and manage CMDB data, including Configuration Items (CIs) and relationships Ensure CMDB data accuracy, completeness, and consistency Perform regular data audits and health checks Define and enforce CMDB governance standards and naming conventions Validate and reconcile Discovery data with CMDB records Support Change Management with impact analysis and dependency mapping Work closely with IT infrastructure, application, and support teams Generate CMDB health and compliance reports Identify and resolve duplicate, stale, or inaccurate CI records .
