We are looking for a highly driven Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead to own and scale QBurst's demand generation and paid marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven growth strategies across paid search, paid social, display, remarketing, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels to generate qualified pipelines and support business growth objectives. Responsibilities Own and drive QBurst's paid marketing and demand generation strategy across global markets. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, programmatic, and other relevant channels. Build and manage scalable lead generation programs aligned with business growth goals. Develop audience targeting, account-based marketing (ABM), remarketing, and funnel optimization strategies. Leverage AI, automation, and MarTech platforms to improve campaign efficiency and performance. Establish measurement frameworks, attribution models, and reporting dashboards to track pipeline and revenue impact. Collaborate with content, SEO, analytics, design, and sales teams to maximize campaign effectiveness. Continuously identify prospects for growth through testing, experimentation, and performance analysis. Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging AI-powered marketing opportunities. Requirements Solid experience managing B2B paid marketing and lead generation programs. Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution. Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and AI-powered marketing workflows. Robust analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies. Proven track record of driving qualified leads, pipeline growth, and measurable business outcomes. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. .
