About the job: About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Partnerships Manager to grow our affiliate supply network and drive revenue through CPS, CPA, and CPL campaigns across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in publisher acquisition, affiliate partnerships, and performance marketing. Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and manage quality affiliate publishers.Build relationships with coupon, cashback, content, loyalty, influencer, and performance publishers.Drive revenue through CPS, CPA, and CPL offers.Grow publisher partnerships across Indonesia, SEA, and global markets.Work with affiliate networks like Awin, Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Partnerize, etc.Optimize publisher performance and increase conversions.Explore new traffic sources and partnership opportunities.Requirements 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Publisher Development.Strong understanding of CPS, CPA, and CPL models.Experience working with affiliate networks and international campaigns.Existing publisher relationships are preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.Preferred Experience Experience in: E-commerceTravelFinanceiGamingMobile AppsLead GenerationKey Focus Build strong publisher supply.Generate incremental revenue.Activate new publishers.Scale CPS/CPA campaigns.Compensation: Competitive salary + performance incentives.
