About the position Ben Hall Law is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across all marketing functions. This role oversees campaigns, analyzes performance, manages agency relationships, and ensures high quality lead generation for the firm. This position is primarily on-site with the ability to occasionally work from home. The applicant MUST live in Michigan and within a reasonable commuting distance. Candidates living outside of the commuting distance will not be considered. We are hiring a marketing professional to take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution and help build a stronger, more consistent marketing engine for the firm. This role is ideal for someone who wants responsibility, autonomy, and a real seat at the table. You will work closely with firm leadership, have direct visibility into results, and play a meaningful role in the firm's long-term growth. In this role, you will: Improve the quality and consistency of leads coming into the firm Help shape how the firm is perceived by the public, referral partners, and the legal community Support the firm's long-term vision by building repeatable, trackable marketing systems Help leadership make better decisions through clear reporting and insights Lay the groundwork for future growth of the marketing function This is not a passive role. Your work will directly affect reputation, revenue, and the firm's ability to grow responsibly. Responsibilities Develop and execute the firm's annual marketing strategy and quarterly priorities Lead all marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, video, and email Manage vendor and agency relationships including contracts, budgets, deliverables, and KPIs Track and report on lead volume, quality, cost per lead, client acquisition cost, and ROI Oversee content planning, brand consistency, and marketing calendar execution Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and conversion improvements Support attorney thought leadership initiatives such as articles, community content, and speaking campaigns Identify system improvements and introduce new tools to optimize performance Requirements 5-8+ years of marketing experience with direct responsibility for campaign performance Demonstrated success managing multiple channels and vendors Proficiency with CRMs, advertising dashboards, and analytics platforms Strong project management ability and comfort balancing strategy with hands-on execution Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills Expertise in Google Ads, SEO, campaign optimization, or marketing automation tools Nice-to-haves Experience in professional services is preferred Experience using GoHighlevel preferred or another CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Company : RemoteRocketHub Salary : Work from home .
