Fixed Asset management

DescriptionThe Fixed Asset Management role involves overseeing the management of the company's fixed assets, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records and conducting audits, contributing to the overall financial integrity of the organization. Key Responsibilities:Manage material inward/outward movement and maintain records in the Security Register.Review purchase invoices and scrap sale invoices for accuracy and compliance.Maintain and update the Asset Register in the SWIFT Tool.Handle asset tagging, tracking, and movement between different work locations.Conduct physical verification of assets and maintain the Fixed Asset Management Store.Coordinate with different departments for allocation and deallocation of assets/materials.Prepare and maintain the Fixed Asset Management Report.Ensure timely closure of month-end and year-end asset management activities.Address queries from other departments and communicate with suppliers regarding material deliveries.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Fluency in English, Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi.Hands-on experience with SAP / SWIFT tools.Preferably MNC experience handling multiple workplaces.Basic knowledge of GST provisions. .
