Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end Fixed Assets accounting and reporting activities - Handle Capitalization of assets and monitor CWIP (Capital Work in Progress) - Ensure accurate and timely depreciation run and reconciliation - Prepare and maintain Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and schedules - Perform CWIP ageing analysis and ensure timely capitalization - Drive monthly MIS reporting and variance analysis - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls - Support and manage internal & statutory audits related to Fixed Assets - Ensure correct asset classification and accounting treatment - Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives Preferred candidate profile - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - 46 years of experience in R2R / General Ledger / Fixed Assets accounting - Solid exposure to Fixed Assets, CWIP & Capitalization - Hands-on experience in SAP (FI / Asset Accounting Module) Key Skills Required - Fixed Assets Accounting - CWIP Management & Capitalization - General Ledger (GL) & R2R - MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis - SAP FI / Asset Accounting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
