About the Job: We are looking for a passionate Finance Professional to join our Finance team at Manipal Hospitals! Role: Financial Reporting and Consolidation Location: Corporate Office, Old Airport Road, Bangalore What You ll Do: Lead timely closure of quarterly limited reviews and annual statutory audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory timelines and reporting requirements. Drive financial reporting governance through proactive planning, stakeholder coordination, and regular balance sheet reconciliation reviews. Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth audit execution, timely submissions, and resolution of audit observations with minimal escalations. Support capital market and compliance initiatives, including debt listings, statutory reporting, and regulatory filings. Prepare and review consolidated, restated, and proforma financial statements while coordinating with external consultants on complex accounting matters. Partner with valuation, actuarial, tax, legal, and business teams to deliver accurate financial analysis and statutory compliance. Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including tax audits, return filings, advance tax, and deferred tax computations. Develop quarterly board presentations, MIS reports, variance analyses, and investor-related financial information. Contribute to automation, process improvement, M&A activities, due diligence, and purchase price allocation (PPA) assignments. Mentor finance team members through technical training, process guidance, unit visits, and knowledge-sharing initiatives while driving continuous learning and capability building. What We Are Looking For: CA /CMA 6+ years of Post Qualification Experience In-depth knowledge and hands on experience in maintaining accounts under Ind AS and Companies Act, 2013. Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills.
