As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, building and nurturing customer relationships, and maintaining accurate reporting of sales performance. CRM & Reports: Manage and update customer interactions, sales pipeline, and conversion metrics in CRM systems. Track and report sales performance against targets regularly. Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and compliance standards. Pre-Requisites: Must-Haves 01 year of proven sales experience. Comfortable working on weekends (weekday off provided). Tech-savvy, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Strong consultative selling, communication, and persuasion skills. Consistent record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Working tools & Setup Stable internet connection to ensure seamless video calls and online sessions. Laptop or desktop with a fully functional camera and microphone. Reliable power backup to maintain uninterrupted work during remote sessions.
