Key Responsibilities Identify and develop current business opportunities in the project segment. Drive specification sales by engaging with architects, builders, developers, consultants, and contractors. Generate project leads, track upcoming construction projects, and convert them into business opportunities. Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits with key stakeholders. Maintain solid relationships with architects, builders, and channel partners to maximize project conversions. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to develop effective sales strategies. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and project status updates. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Preferred candidate profile 4 + years of project sales experience in the paint / Building Material industry. Robust network with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and developers. Good understanding of specification selling and project management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and achieve business targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. .
