Role Description The Head of Sales Department is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing the sales function and driving revenue growth for the organization. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, setting targets, and monitoring performance to ensure business objectives are met. The Head of Sales Department will manage and mentor the sales team, guide account planning, and build strong relationships with key clients and partners. Day-to-day activities include reviewing sales pipelines, analyzing market trends, coordinating with event and operations teams to align offerings with client needs, and preparing regular sales reports for leadership. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, negotiating high-value contracts, and ensuring consistent client satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain, grow, and nurture client relationships across multiple sectors.Candidates should possess Team Management skills to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and make informed strategic decisions.Experience in the events, experiential marketing, or related industries is highly beneficial.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.Ability to work on-site in Kochi and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. .
